A Goat's Picnic .. where do we begin .. it is so unique and delicious! 
First.. we take our award winning chevre (cream cheese) and hand roll it into balls. Each container contains 120grams of chevre. We add olives, tapenade, roasted red peppers, fermented garlic flowers, rosemary and canola oil. We count out the olives by hand so each container has the exact amount! Yes, it takes a long time but this is a product we take great pride in having just right. 
This all marinates together to create A Goat's Picnic. 
Serve on crackers, bread, salad, or put the entire container into pasta for a quick meal! 
Save the oil for salad dressings, pasta or bread dipping.
