Pippa - A fresh goat cheese that is aged to grow a bloomy, eatable rind. Creamy with hints of mushroom and slightly earthy.
 
Greystone- Pippa's ash coated twin. Same cheese with a light layer of vegetable ash which smooths out Pippa's tang.
 
Sylvia on the Pasture- this three year old cheddar like cheese has a subtle sweetness and a gentle tang. Melts in your mouth and is delicious to savour slowly.
