Easy to digest, with no garlic breath! A perfect addition for a cheese board! Dip bread, drizzle on salads or pastas, or enjoy with cheese. The fermentation process allows it to keep for up to two years in your refrigerator. 

 

Ingredients: Canola oil, Fermented garlic flowers (Garlic scapes, canola or sunflower oil, lactic starter, acetic acid*, lactic acid*.)

* May be added after fermentation to standardize final concentration
 

Le Petit Mas is an organic garlic farm located near Martinville, Quebec. They have tested multiple varieties of garlic to discover the best type for their customers. They use this garlic to create oils, salts, fermented garlic, and other garlic infused products for us to use in our everyday cooking. 

Some of our cheeses include Le Petit Mas garlic flowers to add the perfect garlic flavour.
